LOVE YOURSELF, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

By Anonymous

When I was a kid, My father never introduced me to his friends and He always liked to introduce my elder sister instead of me. I went to washroom, see myself into the mirror and kept  repeating these words It's OK. He's your father - It's OK. Everything will be fine. When I grew up my best friend deceit me. I said It's OK. When I proposed someone, He rejected me. It hurt me and I asked a question to myself, Am I so bad?.  But I didn't gave up by saying It's OK. People made fun of me I said It's OK, But when my father told me that I am good for nothing, I am a loser and criticized me, It broke my heart and on that day I said that it's not OK, It's not OK and I won't tolerate this anymore, So I left home but this decision was never the easiest decision of my life. A girl who is afraid of dark had to live in dark. A girl who never talk to unknown people had to talk to strangers in order to survive.

I remember those days, when I left home, and I didn't even had a single penny. I was starving for food.  I started repairing the vehicles and worked as a Home Tutor. After four years of continuous hustle and hard work  I heard that today is the hearing of our favourite house in the Court. I directly went there and saw my father sitting right at the corner in the court. On that day Auction was going on, I entered in the court, bid the highest amount and paid the judge. Then, I bought the house and filled up all the formalities, gave the letter to my father and said with a bright smile, Congratulations! Dad, This House is your's from now on. On that day I was very really happy that after 48 months, 1152 hours and 69120 seconds I am finally gonna meet my siblings and especially to my mom. when I was on my way to home due to excitement I was driving at very high speed that my car hit to the truck, But luckily I was saved. Few days later In the Hospital I came into my senses, at that moment I didn't complained to  ALLAH ALMIGHTY, Why me? Why not others?. This time I said to my ALLAH, Thank you!, Thank you so much for choosing me. From that day I realized the LOVE of  my family, the value of LIFE.

I would like to tell you, the one reading this that,  Nobody has the right to judge you, to make fun of you, to reject you or to say you that you are good for nothing. You are a loser, Prove the one's wrong by doing your best. Let the  people know that You are Beautiful in your own way.
There is nothing in this world that you can not do. You Can Do Anything Everything.
JUST LOVE YOURSELF, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!

COLONEL SANDERS

He is an outstanding example for the words that "If there is a will there is a way" or to every farewell there is always a hidden hope. He proved these sayings with his hard work. He was so loyal and passionate to his work. Colonel Sanders (Colonel Harland David Sanders) belonged to a low class family. At his early stage he started working as a sweeper in hotel and worked there for many years. The only thing which was excellent in his personality that he was so hardworking and loyal with his work. Whenever he worked the people were perfectly satisfied with his work.
After some years the hotel was permanently closed due to some finance issues. Colonel also lost his job. That time he and his family were dying of hunger. They were suffering from very bad experiences. He lived jobless for nine months or more and later on he got a job on a bus stand as a bus conductor. There he continued his job for more than twelve years. During this time period he also got married and became father of three children. As being a conductor he was not able to manage his house expenses so easily. Many times he and his family slept without having food. But still he didn't loose his hope. Since he couldn't easily afford house expenses he started searching for another job. It took some time but finally he got a job which was somehow more profitable than the last one. He got a job of a dishwasher in a five star hotel. This was not a worthy profession in sense of both respect and money but was considerably enough to manage his daily expenses. Thus he started working there. He worked their till he was 54 years of age like round about fifteen years of contribution to the job.
Then he got retired from that job.
During these fifteen years his wife also left his home as he was still not able to give her a luxurious life as she wanted. When he got retired from his job he only had $70 which was the final payment by the hotel at his retirement. He was so disappointed and tired. Once he was sitting under a tree and thinking about his hardships and shortcomings in his life. While sitting there he realized that the only thing he was expert in making was fried chicken. While working in hotel he had made that fried chicken many times and everyone loved to eat that. So he went to a nearby market and brought a chicken of sixty dollars and cooked it by his own recipe and started selling it door to door.
The reaction was more tha
n he expected. Everyone loved that crispy chunks of fried chicken.
Later on by saving the income he was able to established a shop in city of Utah in 1952. He named his shop as KFC (Kentucky fried chicken). With the passage of time he started establishing the franchises of KFC all over the city which eventually globalized all over the world and he became a millionaire.
Through his hardships, hard work and will he became one of the richest person of the world. His family also reunited with him and they started living happily ever after. This was only possible because he never lost hope and gave up. He had a will to do something for himself and for his family. He faced all his shortcomings and overcame with happiness and patience. He always had a hope of a new and brighter day. Hence through his hard work he became the owner of a billion dollar empire.

A Few Thoughts on Positive Thinking to Feel Better About Yourself

Our brains have been programmed to focus more on the worst possible scenarios experienced in life than on the achievements gained. For instance if you have excelled in an exam you feel good for a limited amount of time then you’re back to feeling normal but if you’ve failed an exam your brain gets stuck on the same thought for a longer time like a day, two or sometimes even more than a week.

As our mind stays longer in the negatives we need to work and work hard to get to the positive instead of getting stuck in the negative and this requires effort. You can practice this and train your mind to do better. There’ s research out at UC Davis showing that writing for a few minutes each day about things that you’re blessed with can boost your happiness, well-being and even your health.

Changing your ways and adding these simple activities in your daily routine will do wonders on your mind, health and basically the way you feel about yourself. I, myself am a late riser and hate waking up early and akin to sleep late. For those individuals who sleep late and have trouble getting up early- don’t fret or ridicule yourself or let others insult you of course except your parents, husband/wife, boss, colleagues and other close relatives who depend upon you as people who sleep late are known to be more intelligent and have creative minds.
So, basically you are awesome or else if you want to appreciate yourself further more you are “COOL”. Still not satisfied and desire to feel fabulous? Become an early riser as waking up at 5am in the morning and exercising will certainly keep you motivated throughout the day.

Have control over your destiny, write it yourself instead of sitting behind and letting the chips fall where they may. Importantly stop over thinking since it is the biggest thing that drives you towards negative thoughts. Abstain yourself from haunting thoughts of guilt and instead do what you believe is right. Thoughts like- if I did that things would have turned out right or maybe I shouldn’t have done this at all or maybe I should have said this instead of that- don’t deserve a room in your brain; this space should be filled with, “Yeah I did this and it made my day pretty productive I should definitely do this more often”.

Maybe it’s time to get out of that little shell of continuous looping of repetitive thoughts and look around you where there is so much waiting to be uncovered. Finding your passion and keeping yourself busy in the one thing that will keep you motivated the entire day and you won’t have time for spare thoughts.
